Travis Johnson serves as The McClung Group’s Operations & Systems Manager, bringing more than 15 years of leadership experience in operations, analytics, and process improvement. He plays a key role in building the systems and efficiencies that empower the team to deliver the exceptional, relationship-focused service The McClung Group is known for.

Before joining the team, Travis supported global operations for Apple Inc. through Healthworks Ergonomics, where he developed data reporting systems, streamlined workflows, and led initiatives that improved efficiency across multiple teams. His earlier career includes leadership roles at Goodwill Industries and EZCORP, where he directed large-scale retail operations and implemented process improvements that drove growth and service excellence.

Travis holds a B.S. in Urban Planning and Business Administration from Texas State University, along with certifications in Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, and Digital Film. With a balance of technical expertise and creative problem-solving, he brings an analytical mind and a heart for people to everything he does—helping The McClung Group stay organized, innovative, and client-focused.
