I joined The McClung Group in April 2017, bringing with me extensive experience in real estate operations, contract management, and financial analysis. As Client Transactions Manager, my role is to ensure that every step of your real estate transaction is handled with precision, professionalism, and care. Buying or selling a home is a significant milestone, and I am here to make the process as seamless, organized, and stress-free as possible.

With a background in managing the daily operations of over 1,800 stabilized residential units and overseeing 600+ units in development, construction, and lease-up, I have developed a deep understanding of contract negotiations, financial forecasting, budgeting, and market trends. This experience allows me to anticipate potential challenges and proactively find solutions, ensuring a smooth closing process for our clients.

I work closely with buyers, sellers, lenders, title companies, and agents to ensure that every deadline is met, every contract detail is reviewed, and every client stays informed throughout the process. Whether it’s ensuring inspections and appraisals go smoothly, managing all paperwork, or problem-solving unexpected hurdles, I am committed to providing clear communication and peace of mind every step of the way.
